About this role:
This organisation has a great opportunity for an experienced drafter with 10+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, robust technical knowledge and leadership capability. In this role, you’ll manage and deliver drafting projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with engineers and architects to deliver exceptional designs and support the organisation's increasing workload.
- Lead and mentor the drafting team, ensuring work aligns with industry and internal standards.
- Produce detailed structural drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality structural design packages.
- Oversee drafting workloads, ensuring accurate, timely project delivery.
- Provide technical expertise and support to enhance their drafting delivery processes.
About you:
- 10+ years of structural drafting experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant BIM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor junior staff.
- Dedicated, dependable and well-considered, with good communication and good character.
