Join this pharmaceutical company and dynamic team as a skilled Maintenance Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and optimisation of their state-of-the-art facilities.
The role will require the successful candidate to work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of all operations across this multi-site organisation.
Key responsibilities of the role includes:
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure maximum uptime of all equipment
- Drive and manage the company’s CMMS system to ensure accurate asset management and preventative maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues
- Utilise your fantastic hands-on troubleshooting skills, enabling you to diagnose equipment problems, providing effective solutions
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Manage and maintain equipment documentation and maintenance records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Impressive hands-on maintenance engineering skills
- Relevant trade qualifications in mechanical engineering
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of GMP or MPI, and other relevant regulatory requirements is desirable
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
- Experience in filling machines is an advantage
- Excellent communication and great interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
