About this role:
This organisation is looking for a skilled Clinical Nurse Lead to join a premier hospital. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of theatre nurses and report directly to the Theatre Services Manager. This role demands excellence in surgical care, focusing on Urology and other specialties.
Required skills and experience:
Registered Nurse: Current practising certificate in surgical settings.
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-registration theatre experience, ideally with at least 2 years in general surgery.
Qualifications: Post-graduate qualification in clinical nursing practice or working towards it. Completion of a post-graduate clinical assessment paper or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems at an intermediate level.
Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and lead a team in a high-pressure environment.
