In this role, I utilised my attention to detail to both check and process candidate information using internal systems such as Citrix and EPS therein. I would confirm that entries were accurate which included processing amendments, would resolve transcription and candidate linking errors, and identify and escalate cases that I did not have the authorisation to correct myself. In this separate placement to the above, I used my excellent attention to detail and previous office experience to follow changing guidance and procedures to make sure that examiners had adhered to the marking processes for international examination papers. I quickly learned how to use the systems required such as Citrix, EPS and the Remote Desktop, updated spreadsheets accurately and efficiently and reported errors when I found them. I also double-checked and audited work from team members, scanned documents for queries and further processing, and assisted with clerical checking while working to deadlines.
