  • Plan manpower needs for my faculty as well as shortlist candidates and conduct interviews for new lecturers and tutors.
  • Conduct internal as well as external peer-moderation for coursework assessment components as well as final examination prepared by fellow faculty members.
  • Act as a Student Advisor/Mentor to advise students on course and academic matters as well as career decisions.
  • Conduct research and publish findings in journals, conference proceedings or books.
  • Co-ordinate and supervise internship placements for students.
  • Prepare Quality Assurance files for courses taught in my faculty for scheduled audits conducted by the Qualifications Agency.
  • Mentor and guide students to take part in various state level as well as national level accounting competitions and conferences.
  • Head the faculty committee to propose and design the curriculum for new pre-university and undergraduate programmes.
  • Liaise with external parties such as ACCA, CIMA and CPA Australia.
  • Lead the Study Abroad program between the faculty and Coventry University, United Kingdom.
  • Co-ordinate the operations of the faculty to ensure uniformity with the other 5TARUMT branches across Malaysia.

Accounts Executive

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in preparing monthly budgets and variance analysis reports.
  • Maintaining records of vouchers and invoices.
  • Handling bank and cash related transactions.
  • Communicating with various stakeholders such as students, parents, academic staff and vendors via phone calls and emails.
