Open, and Distance Learning Resource Developer

University

• Led a research project on attrition and retention in the Preliminary Certificate in TVET Programme, managing funding procurement, and preparing reports for UREC
• Established an Instructional Design Unit at NUS, proposing four new positions and drafting their Terms of Reference
• Coordinated and facilitated multiple workshops, including the 'ODL Workshop' and 'ODL Workshop for Health Specialists', securing Education Sector Fund approval and managing resources
• Coordinated and Facilitated the 'ODL Workshop for Health Specialists' for the Faculty of Health Sciences (NUS); Education Sector Fund approved; managed and allocated the funds and resources
• Designed and delivered 'Report Writing' training for 24 staff at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE), including creating training materials
• Taught Basic Communication Skills to 80+ students, organized team-building programs, and developed resource packages for the accreditation of the Preliminary Certificate in TVET, which was successfully accredited by the Qualifications Authority
• Co-trained 'Research Writing' workshops under the NZ Manaaki Scholarship Project with an external researcher
