• Maintain IT environments and E-enabled Aircraft systems for optimal operations.
• Perform datacenter maintenance, systems patching, and keep the IT environment up to date.
• Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities on Airline E-Operations ground systems.
• Provide after-hours support for IT and aircraft systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot aircraft communication systems.
• Manage the Airline PKI environment and ensure secure certificate standards.
• Lead the setup and maintenance for Amadeus Baggage Reconciliation Systems (BRS).
• Act as IT focal point for maintaining IT infrastructure in line with capacity planning.
• Responsible for EFB Mobile Device Management and setup of on-board Class 2 devices.
