• Leading organizational transformation from a manual based organization to a digital centric healthcare practice with people and technology as the focal point in partnership with executive management and directors.

• Project managed the implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365.

• Implemented Versa SD Wan infrastructure to optimise the network across multiple branches and improved costs

Group Chief Information officer, Capital Insurance Group (CIG), Jan 2019 – Jan 2022

• Part of the executive management team  for the largest insurer in the South Pacific region, reporting directly to the Group CEO.

• Strategic planning of business growth objectives and advisor

• Ensuring the IT systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with business goals

• Set up a skills transfer training program with the ICTSI global IT team and implemented a company intranet on Microsoft SharePoint within Office365, accessible locally and via app.

• Created an  online booking system for customers to pre-book shipping containers without the need for filling documents and sending as email attachments and introduced a paperless customer queue system for paying customer

• Created an inventory barcode app to track IT equipment issued to staff daily

ICT Manager, Origin Energy, July 2014 – Feb 2018

• Reduced costs by 30 %, by changing the Internet Service Provider, sourcing genuine products from recognized distributors and introducing licensing for enterprise software with annual budgeting and forecasting.

• Enabled email business intelligence and remote network access on smartphones, and tablets as part of a mobility strategy and introduced Cisco VPN for Remote access

• Set up of Riverbed WAN Appliances providing optimized network performance, that addresses both network bandwidth and latency issues across remote sites.

• Implemented Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 as an intranet site, document management and electronic workflow system a customer care call centre number, an automated ticketing system  and off-site Disaster Recovery infrastructure with daily live data replication between production and off-site locations using Veeam
