• Migration of Pay Global to MYOB cloud: Spearheaded the migration of on premise pay Global server to MYOB cloud platform resulting in 100% successful migration with no issues. This enabled the organisation to access and process payroll and employee self service on the go. This process enabled to eliminate paper based leave applications and all applications for payroll and leaves were done online.
• Managed day-to-day operations of data entry to MYOB cloud platform, ensuring efficiency/effectiveness and compliance with payroll and tax systems.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including HR/Finance Department and the payroll officer, to achieve online payroll and leave processing.
• Implementation of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Carried out the digitisation project to digitise and organise manual filing records in a secured cloud based EDMS system. Achieved 100% success rate, which led to information and records available on the go. This project provided a lot of positive feedback from the management and staff.
• Introduced innovative solutions such as Canon Therefore EDMS System resulting in efficient and convenient data and information storing capabilities. Information were easily accessed and managed securely.
• Led a team of 5 professionals in achieving to digitise and design workflows for the EDMS project, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
• Network and Firewall Upgrade. Carried out network and firewall upgrade projects. Network and Firewall Implementation replacing old firewall and outdated security policies. Protects from cyber-based threats and effectively monitor organisation wide network traffic flow.
• Enabled the organisation to properly define user access policies and closely monitor all incoming and outgoing network traffic.
