Stakeholder engagement:

• Managed committees and engaged with top executives and senior sustainability representatives from member companies to drive collaboration and improve ESG performance across the industry.
• Developed key resources, tools, trainings, workshops and reports to capacity build the hospitality industry, addressing key environmental challenges and responding to reporting requirements (e.g. TCFD and CSRD).
• Collaborated with external partners (e.g WWF, UNWTO, UNEP and Booking.com) to further sustainability of the industry through initiatives such as the creation of standardised waste measurement and net zero methodologies.
• Supported communications to external stakeholders through development of materials, impact measurement and representation at external events.

Performance management:

• Established baselines, targets and measurement frameworks to gauge progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Led on the collection of impact data for key outcome measures linked to goals, ensuring accurate data collection.
• Contributed to preparation, tracking and analysis of financial budgets for externally funded projects.
