• Time Domain System
• Multi-Service Network

Leads and guides the maintenance team in carrying out all levels of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and modifications of Communications system

Review and update the maintenance procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with the regulations and committed obligations

Provides functional and technical expertise of subsystems: knowledge and assessment of technical solutions, reference suppliers, standards, proposals of technical innovations, management and treatment of obsolescence

Provide technical support to staff for the implementation of complex systems or new projects

Conduct performance reviews for Communications Team Leaders

Manages the site operations and conducts technical inspections on the working environment

Carry out 24-hour on-call responsibility for incidents and emergency cases

Prepares Technical Investigation and/or Safety reports

Conducts technical training for Level 1-4 maintenance as Lead KeyInstructor

Lead Assessor to ensure job competency of all Communications staff

Trainer for Operations Readiness

• Delivered technical training to the maintenance team related to the Operations and Maintenance of the new and enhanced Communications System in Dubai Metro Redline Extension stations, Redline and Greenline stations
• Aided in the design and technical training delivery to Communications staff
• Reviewed and updated the training documentation at regular intervals and provided changes/enhancements to develop documentation for future needs
• Maintained the job competency of Communications staff and assessed the training needs in line with the organisational requirements
