2. Hotel and residential apartment, 5 basements, a ground floor, 38 floors and a roof(QR 900 Million) with an approximate built-up area of 114,573 m2.
3. Commercial and residential tower; 6 basements, ground floor + 56 floors and a roof (QR 600 Million) at corniche area, with an approximate built-up area of 117,508 m2. Scope included construction, completion and maintenance of the tower and external works and all associated works, including all structural, civil, architectural, MEP and specialist works

· Prepared, collated and submitted the weekly and monthly reports including the charts and statistics.
